Common questions
What does a search return?
Web results include titles, links, snippets and positions. Other search types return details suited to their content, such as image URLs or place ratings.
When are credits used?
Successful searches consume credits. The cost depends on the search type, engine, country and cache status. Failed searches and timeouts do not consume credits.
What happens when my credits run out?
New searches are rejected when your available balance cannot cover the request.
Do I need an SDK?
No. Use any HTTP client, or follow the JavaScript and Python examples in the docs.
